Finally, some sunny days have arrived with the springtime light and colors. Above all during the weekends, I exploit these sunny days to make some walk in the country and, why not, to make some visits in the villages in the surroundings.
These are small villages rarely visited by tourists and far from the common tourist routes: they are however beautiful, local people is cordial and friendly, the landscape is wonderful.
It's beautiful to find this "small Italy" made of simple things, silence and slowness. Silence in particular is the real richness of these small villages: the importance of silence often slips in the mind of who lives in a large city...
A walk through the narrow alleys. A frugal meal in the only small restaurant. Another walk to contemplate places, landscapes and the details of houses and objects...
I go back home with the great pleasure to have spent a very good time regenerating the body and the spirit...
