During the day, in every occasion I have, I go out for long walking in the country, sometimes I use also my bike; in other occasions I go walking along the beach at the seaside.
However my favourite is always is the classic country road...And I have also a garden where me and my family produce vegetables making us self-sufficient for this: this garden requires just few attentions and care and it is nice to stay there working together...
In the night, it is fantastic to stay outdoor at home just talking, singing, playing a guitar or playing cards.
Well, the most beautiful thing in summertime is the possibility to live outdoor: I consider myself a very lucky man because I can live in this way. Living in a small country village in Italy, anything is simpler and easier: coming back from work, I wear my casual cloths and... I go out! Just walking or biking with my wife and my son for shopping or doing something else but leaving absolutely my car at home. Maybe it will take more time to do your home duties but you gain a lot for your health.
At evening, we have our dinner outside on a small patio under a big olive tree possibily sharing our meal with friends or relatives: our motto is "more people, more pleasure". Any occasion is good to stay outdoor.
The most important thing is, as always, leave your car, turn off your TV and don't stay alone, stay in good company.
